Celler de l'Aspic restaurant in Falset, Priorat

Chef and sommelier, Toni Bru opened this restaurant, his second in the year 2000? Following his success near the Ebro delta, Toni has returned to his roots in the Priorat. The restaurant is on the main road of Falset in the historic buildings of the cooperative winery. Includes a well stocked wine shop whose wines can be bought at shop price and served with a small corking fee. Great rice dishes and food and wine pairings. Seats 50 people. Non smoking. Price per person: between 28 and 45 Euros.

PRIORAT CUISINE

Minerva Pi has just brought out a second edition of her popular "Priorat Cuisine" cookbook. Roser Vernet has re-edited the original version: "Priorat a taula" which was out of print. Available at various shops and the Priorat Tourist Office in Falset, but only in Catalan - sorry!
