This great traditional restaurant has recently come under new management. Owner and chef Maria Victoria Masip has appeard on regional television explaining her recipes, retired in 2011. She will be sorely missed.. Seating for 100 diners. Price per person from 11 to 22 Euros (weekday and weekend prices). Set menu during the week.

PRIORAT CUISINE

Minerva Pi has just brought out a second edition of her popular "Priorat Cuisine" cookbook. Roser Vernet has re-edited the original version: "Priorat a taula" which was out of print. Available at various shops and the Priorat Tourist Office in Falset, but only in Catalan - sorry!
